IDEAS: For an oriental flair, just add Sesame oil and some soy sauce. Marinate cucumbers in Ginger & Honey - serve alone or add to salad (try water chestnuts, too). Also yellow summer squash. Fantastic on rice dishes - cold rice salad with slivered almonds.
